Policies

DEPOSIT: 3 Nights during winter season and 1 night during summer season is required at booking time.
CANCELLATIONS: Rooms must be canceled at least 21 days prior to arrival - otherwise deposit is forfeited or charged to later arrival date.
PAYMENTS: We accept VISA, M/C AND AMEXCO
ADDITIONAL PERSONS IN THE VILLA PLEASE ADD $30.00 PER DAY
FOR A CRIB OR COT ADD $10.00 PER DAY
